Does anyone know of any apps that tells you what apps are running in background I have the 3g version and it's been jailbroken any help appreceated

If you have the iPhone 4 software then, if you double tap the big button at the bottom all the apps that are still running will appear at the bottom of the screen, if you hold your finger on one then it will flash up and just delete it. It don't delete off the phone just running in the background.
If you don't have the new software ignore everything I just typed.

You can get BossPref's from Cydia which will give you a number of options, one of which is being able to kill processes.
