Belt System, bag, satchel, or other

I everyone, I do urban photography and the occasional wedding.
I carry my camera in hand or round my neck. Can anyone recommend a cheap way that I can carry an additional average size lens, external flash, and few spare items like batteries, memory cards etc? without having to spend approx £120 on a lowepro S&F system or something from thinktank

The possibilities are endless! Tesco Value carrier bag through to Lowepro Flipside 400 - not to mention Bill Oddie's favourite waistcoat.

Free - your existing pockets or a bag you already have.

Cheap - a 'man-bag' off the market? Maybe some soft lens pouches or some foam and/or microfibre cloths (pound shop) to protect the individual items?

Not so cheap - purpose made shoulder bag or small rucksack by, for e.g., Crumpler, Lowepro or Kata.

Crumpler - light delight 4000. Just the sort of thing I was looking for. Not bad on price either.
Real shame it's not the price of a tesco shopping bag, but then what do you get for nothing these days ?

I just took a look at that light delight 4000 - looks like a nice bag - Bristol Cameras (I've not had any experience of them) are doing it for £29.
