Took a few shots of my dog in the snow,
after reading on here that you have to add 1.5/2 stops I was worried about how they would turn out.
I "upped" the exposure by various amounts and this one is by 1.3, is this too much or do you think it is ok ??
f5.6, 1/125sec, 200iso.

Looks good to my untrained eyes, you have captured detail in the black fur on him. Its difficult to get detail with black dogs but on my monitor it looks nice. Would HDR on this work? Anyway well done.

I think you have caught this well, both black and white have some detail. I would probably sharpen his face a little to bright it out but otherwise I would be happy if I had taken this
