Hello Russ,

Here is a good review from the Digital Picture. Alternatively, you could try Canons' own filter. I am looking into the latter at the moment.

I use a fairly cheap one, I think @HoppyUK did some testing of ND's once and the general result was that thereas a couple of really good ones that have an edge and some cheap ones to avoid, but generally they're much of a muchness.
