I have a Nikon D3100 with a Nikon 18-55 lens. I have to make a product video for a website. The video going to be recorded mainly indoors. Would this camera & lens be good enough or should I use a different lens? I would like some advice from anyone with experience of video recording with a DSLR camera.

We have a D3400 at work and you can't plug an external microphone into it, so it's no good for video that needs a talking head/interview unless you use a separate sound recorder. If you're doing a montage type video it should be fine.
