I think that pretty much limits you to a SB400, or a second hand older model.
I have the SB-400. It is a really good little flash, If you are only looking for a quick, on camera flash with the ability to bounce upwards only (in landscape) then this will do you well.
It can get off camera with an sc-28/29 cord and has a really nice fill pattern on an umbrella if you do.
