Best lens Cleaner

What do you guys use to clean your lenses? I know you should use a rocket blower but what is the best microfibre cloth out there at the moment?

The reason why I ask is that I have just got a Tamron 17-50 and want to keep it clean between using it and also don't want to damage the lens.

can you use isopropyl alcohol safely on lens when cleaning them?

Jessops disposable lens tissues with optical solution. Perfect, and no contamination from previous lens cleaning sessions. Rocket blower first though to remove loose dust etc.

I use a medium calotherm microfibre cloth (about 12"x12") after breathing on the lens which seems to work well.

nikon lenses clean well easy with a microfibre cloth, sigma lenses are a pain and seem to have a lare of greese on them,
also i hear of people using rizzla papers.
