Crucial, Kingston but avoid Apple unless you want ripping off.

Aother thumbs up for Crucial, used it recently to get DDR3 for my iMac. Not the cheapest but cheaper than most, good quality and an easy site to use. Gives you confidence you're buying something compatible

+1 for crucial, never had a problem with their ram in any of the Mac's I've upgraded.
