I've found that the biggest improvement in my Lightroom editing came from having a consistent workflow rather than learning more and more individual sliders.
I recently found this Lightroom Masterclass which takes a more complete approach, covering catalog/workspace organization, the Develop panel, colour theory, different editing scenarios and export:
