Bird ID please

What bird is this. I thought Woodpecker based on colour but can't find it on the net.

If that is in your back garden, put a peanut feeder up, you should get some better views ... they like peanuts.

I have plenty of peanuts, but this photo was taken at the top of a tree about a mile away in a park.

I have noticed Green (I think) Woodpeckers there in the past but this is the first time I've ever noticed one of these. It also had a distinctive call as well. We walk in the park/woods twice a day, but have never heard one before. Now I will look out for it.
