Bird ID please?

I'm sure I'm being a bit slow here, but I can't seem to identify this in my bird book... Spent a long time singing and seemed to possibly have a nest low to or on the ground at the base of a tree, in the thick vraxken/brambles.

Here's a nicer one, no singing but it's sharper, noise reduced on the background, and flipped for good measure! Probably should have reduced some noise on the underside of the bird but it was only destined for Instagram so it won't really show there.
