The photos are naff I know, its closest I could get without scaring him off. I reckon he's a warbler, but I dunnof or sure, maybe some of you guys might know?

If it is a warbler of some kind, I'll be well chuffed as it's my first one on camera and first sights of one too

I'd say as a guess a female as her belly feathers are ruffled.......may be egg laying.
