Bird of pray id required

Was at Oulton park at the weekend when I spotted these flying over.

any chance of a ID or are they too far away?

They look like buzzards to me

Thanks though they might have been red kites.

Red kites have more of a V tail and slightly narrower wings. I have heard a rumour that they have been seen over Macclesfield way so you never know they may be on there way to Cheshire, hope so.

Thanks for the info. Think one of these nearly caused me to crash a few weeks ago grabing a pigion in front of the car, as I was heading home. Will also teach me to keep the camera ready as well.
