I agree Keith, .... when I set the challenge I was toying with awarding a bonus point for each bird in the picture .... glad I ruled that one out :D
 
OK then voting is over and time to announce the results:-

1st --- embarrassed --- was me

2nd Ajphotog

3rd Tied was Garymichael and grumpybadger


Well done and thanks to all who took time to enter, and to those who voted.

How I managed to win that with the a snap shot is beyond me, especially as I did not even vote for my own image :D

I thought that the runners up shots were better, but thanks to everyone who did vote for me.

So it looks like it is down to me to set the next challenge.

Having just got back from holidays I am a bit busy, but will get something sorted soon.

And it is purely for that reason alone I did not enter!!

Congrats Martyn on another deserved win (y) You cannot argue with the judges ;)

Cheers Rich .... the grey matter has a few ideas kicking around for the next one, which I hope will attract some more entries, even from you ;)
 
Look forward to it Martyn ;) I did see a few groups of birds while the comp was on but nothing that really inspired me, or that was on par with a lot of the posts :LOL:
