Hi all,

Took this shot in the water gardens at Longstock Nr Stockbridge Andover
in the spring this year, its an infrared shot converted to bw.

Dunno why this hasnt had any comments????

Nicely composed shot, but the similarity in tones in the foreground makes it look a bit confused I think.

Real IR or Photoshop trickery?
 
Echoing Gandhi here. It looks lovely in terms of composition, it's sharp and I think well exposed. The IR effect though, not sitting well with me.

My guess is a camera modified for IR. Awful lot sharper than when I tried IR :)

Have to agree the light foreground dominates. Maybe a couple of paces forward would have been better?
