Black Rapid RS-7 - yep another question

I have just ordered one after reading some reviews on this strap - althou I much prefered my Nikon AH-4..

I have a "daft" question that hopefully some users of this strap could help me out...

I have a Nikon D700 & MB-D10 & both a Nikon 24-70 & Nikon 70-200 VRII so obviously the strap would be attached to the body/grip with the 24-70 - so with a Nikon 70-200 VRII would it be better to attach it to the foot plate or to the body :shrug:

Probably the lens. I bought an extra screw fitting for mine so that I could switch quickly between body for normal length walkabout lenses and lens attachment with my heavy and long Sigma 150-500.

Cheers for that - thought so - but having not owned one I thought I'd ask (incase others were wondering the same but were afraid to ask )

Thats what I've done as well & ordered a RS-3- as wasn't sure if it came with the RS-3 fitting already....

a lot of pros where using these at the last event i went to all with at least 2 rigs and a couple with 3.
