I don't do a lot of wildlife as I don't have the patience to sit in a hide for hours on end. These didn't seem bothered by my presence and I was quite pleased with this one. Comments appreciated as always...

Nice shot. Good catch light. Slightly smaller aperture may have given a deeper depth of field and got the feathers more in focus?

Presume they weren't bothered by your presence as they were captive? Not heard of vultures in Harrow

lol, you're right about Harrow, but I shot it in the wild in Florida. Should have explained that, sorry.

Extra DOF would have been great but the light was really poor as it was just after dawn. I took it at ISO 1600, f5.6 (maximum), 1/25th at 400mm without a tripod. Thank God for IS!
