Help please some one. i have managed to mess up my new phone. i can't seem to send and or receive any messages from BBM or receive my emails. Any ideas? and i am not very tech wise.

Try resending your service books. I'm guessing you have Blackberry internet set up somewhere with your service provider. Without knowing who that is I'm guessing but there should be an option to resend service books from their web interface.

Have you been successfully receiving mail on it or have you not swapped it over on the web interface yet?
 
i got mail and BBM's but then it all stopped.. geting texts but that is it

No seriously. We have to deal with these wretched things at work and the above fixes at least 50% of our blackberry problems. The other 50% is normally fixed by turning it off and leaving the battery out for a while.
 
thank you Guys fr the help i had t phone them and get them to do something (no idea what) but then took battery out ect and it is all now working cheers
 
Usually if you take a BB battery out it does a "hard reset" which fixes majority of things without erasing your handset.
