Blackbird or Thrush?

At first I thought this was a thrush. I'm aware that young Blackbirds look a little like thrushes, however this one often has a young mail 'Black with yellow eyes' blackbird with 'her'. My friend says if its a Blackbird it should still have a Yellow beak. What is it please?

Juvenile blackbird. Only the male has a yellow beak, the female is chocolate brown with a brown beak.

yep, agree with those above, Female Juvenile Blackbird, we have 3 or 4 in our garden each morning. which reminds me to get the camera out
