Good for you for trying new things out and experimenting. 
As for the picture I love the reflections rippling in the water and the whole picture is well exposed. I quite like some colour popping but I don't think the camera has done a particular good job, the blue all seems a bit samey and flat. You could almost certainly get a better end result if you used a couple of layers in photoshop (or other program).
