Brecon Beacon Startrails mk II

i went out again last thursday (was even colder than wed night!!!) and took over 200 images this time for my second attempt at startrails. Had a play with different lighting to, so please tell me which image you prefer!

For me I like the last one best of all followed closely by #1. Fantastic star trails but for me the foreground in #2 looks quite messed up in the colours depatment

A really nice trail they look nice and smooth you've even got a small iridium flare but I'm really not sure that the large amount of OOF foreground works :shrug: also the second one is suffering from a serious about of JPEG compression I suspect it was save at a very low quality setting :bonk:

the second one i had a play at turning the rock hdr, it hasnt worked! but thanks for the comments. next time we are going to set up earlier in the day so we can get the compasition exactly as i want it (i tried to get less ground, more sky this time but failed!)
