An 09 pre-season event designed solely to extract maximum effort from the attending folks, some old, some new. Imported from the NFL, the idea is based on short sharp bleep tests against the clock. Back and forth runs called jingle jangles, in and out with players running pretty much non stop. The respite from the aerobic work was the bench pressing of 100KG - some feat of which the top boy lifted 29 times. Overall as great day for all and certainly gave the Aztecs management the chance to spot strength and weakness in all - and how to address it and of course welcome new players to the fold.
Photography wise, shooting in JPEG for a change, I pretty much kept the shutter around 1/30th at F/4 with some onboard second curtain flash for good measure. It is quite simply the best way to convey movement. Wish I had shot RAW to make them pop a little more but speed was of the essence today.
