They're all different frames taken at the same time that I tried processing slightly differently as I couldn't really decide what was working best.

Overall they look a bit dark to me. Also, I think there is more, nice detail in them than is showing, and personally I'd like to see it. Perhaps something like this, overall brighter and also shadows raised..

I can definitely see what you mean now. My laptop screen was definitely showing things much brighter than it should have been even on the lowest brightness.

It's lighter, but to my eye it has a rather flat look to it Ben. There is a big gap at the bottom of the histogram that would explain that. You might want to try pulling the black point up to close the gap. That will bring up the contrast (and add depth to the colours).

Looking at it now I can see what you mean. I'm going to have to check the calibration of the screen and practice PP again now that I see everything on screen differently. It's entirely possible I over compensated when doing them again because I started from scratch.
