Budget tripod with a few specifics

Guys im in the market for a new tripod, but I will stress im not looking to spend huge amounts of money as it's likley to get bashed about quite a bit.

I would love to get something with a removable center column so I can mount it sideways for very low macro shots etc, so I'll also need one with a pan and tilt head. Any suggestions at all?

Both Manfrotto and Gitzo have options but what I want starts really really mounting the costs up, so I'm looking at what I can find for cheap, seem as though it's going to get bashed about.
 
thanks for the quick response, That's kinda what I'm looking for but sadly that one has no head on it, and does look to be a little large.

Do you have any suggestions for new purchases?
