Seen a few like this around. This has been nicely executed though. Its obviously composite, three images is my guess, one for the bottle with normal gravity liquid, one for the glass then another one for the anti gravity liquid but flipped and pasted in at the bottle neck.
Would be on another level if we could see the start....end, of the pour, if that makes sense, instead of disappearing out of frame

Thanks guys I will put you out of your misery. Its one image that has been flipped 180° the wine glass was hung from the ceiling. As the water/wine was pored into a bucket then in PS the wine was flipped again to put it the right way.
