Popped down to Bushy Park last week, and took loads of half-decent heron shots (and ducks, and a deer). Definitely not brave enough to post those on the Bird section, way too intimidating!
Did get a couple of macro shots of a new cricket (for me anyway, it seems they are very common)

Also, a shot I was quite pleased with, mainly because of how long i've been trying to get one. Not brilliant, and certainly not a macro though. Thought you might like to see it anyway.
