Out with the Sigma 17-70 at weekend and trying my hand at macro. Stupidly left the extension tubes at home for what would have been an ideal opportunity to use them. Not had a lot of macro/close-up experience, so C+C on technique very much welcome on my first "real-world" shots......
Having a picnic in the sun, when this chap came along for a snoop around. Not wanting to miss the opportunity for a bit more practice, the 17-70 came out again...
