North England Cabin in the Woods

I'm looking for a location in the North West, I am based in the Warrington area, for a scary cabin in the woods type of scene. My son has a project with college to produce some posters and shoot a trailer for a "Cabin in the Woods" horror film.

We have scoured the area and drawn a blank, can find woods with no cabin or a cabin and no woods...the posters could be photoshop'd but the filming of the trailer is the problem. Time is tight so we need to find something quite soon, I am willing to travel a bit maybe 30 - 50 miles max.

If anyone has any suggestions would be great if you have photographs of the location as well.

Its took a bit of finding through Google, I'd forgot what it was called , but what about this place

If you Google The Well House, Hollinshead Hall, there's plenty of images
