Identification required on these two birds if possible I am no expert so I thought I would hand over that task to your Good selves
No1 taken in Spain around Mijas

No2 taken in eygpt

any ideas

there very dark photos, i think the first might be a buzzard.
and the 2nd maybe a red or black kite.

thanks lammie I think you may have nailed the first id that I needed just put booted eagle in google and it looks very close to my picture for my unexpert eyes

There a number of useful sites,you could try www.birdforum.net or www.surfbirds.com the later in my opinion being the better one.

You might also want to look at www.southwalesbirding.blogspot.com where there are numerous images to browse by a number of local birders/photographers
