Anyone used one?
I'm looking for a VERY sturdy tripod for indoor architectural shooting... I made the mistake of wandering into Calumet in Drummand street before hopping on the train at Euston and noticed the 7800 tripod with an equally robust looking 3-way on the top. Total price a very reasonable £224 I thought.
Noting that this is for commercial use with a D3 and 14-24 and not to be carried further than to and from a car/car park I am not worried about weight in the slightest only a completely rock solid platform in both landscape and portrait orientation for up to 5 second multiple exposures/bracketing.
So of you've got one, how do you find it?
