Morning,
With what looks to be a bit of a lull coming up over the next few weeks I was considering sending my 1DX and 400mm f/2.8 (Generation 1) into Canon for a service and general calibration .... I was even considering throwing my extenders in there also (x2 and x1.4) to see if there was anything that could be done there ...
I know folks calibrate their lens/camera bodies themselves using test charts and I've had good success doing this with my 70-200 but thought I'd just use CPS for the 400mm ...
Anyone got feedback on their own experiences, especially when it came to extenders? Worth it?
Nigel
