Camera Upgrade

I am a bit stuck in which camera to go for as I want to upgrade soon from my D3100 to a sharper camera however I am stuck between the D7000 and the D5300.

Main use is nature, night and Aviation photography however I am thinking of trying to get some experience in wedding photography at sometime in the near future.

Any advise would be welcome.

Not sure what you mean sharper camera,the D3100 should be able to give you very sharp results

without wanting to sound obnoxious, if you aren't getting consistently sharp results with a D3100, what makes you think changing the camera body is going to make difference? Unless of course by 'sharper' you aren't referring to IQ. I had a D5100 and a D7000, both were great, but I did prefer the D7000, just for the AF points and the additional features, such as custom WB for studio work etc.
