Answered Can’t leave feedback

I guess I’m doing something stupid but …

Just received an item from @R.Y.K. LEE but unable to leave feedback. Message I see onscreen is “Deal URL is not from this board”.

Transaction is from https://talkphotography.co.uk/threads/2x-google-pixel-4a-128gb.733032/

I’ve tried both within that thread with the offered reference, and in the PM thread.

I just tried to override it, And I can't leave feedback either.
Its not recognising the thread for some reason.
No idea at the moment, needs investigating further

@sphexx - when you try to add feedback there is a drop-down list that lets you select the thread, please can you copy what is in that box (if anything?) and paste it in here.

Looking at the thread it looks like only one has been sold so I'm assuming no other feedback has been left for that thread. My hunch is that there is something it doesn't like in the thread title but I have put a support request in.

Looks like it's the "www", I just tried with the https://www.talkphotography.co.uk URL and R.Y.K Lee got some bonus feedback

If I click or copy & paste the link you give the “system” (iPad Safari) removes the www so I had to resort to inserting the www in the address bar … and it worked! Feed back left successfully.

Thanks. I may have an idea why the www is missing in my pages. I should say ‘how’ not ‘why’.

Edit to add:

When I open a new browser page to get TP I just type “ta” and it offers the url without the www.

Glad it worked and at least we know what the issue is, I'll see what I can do about fixing it in a more permanent way
