Can anyone tell me the name given to this type of attachment?

I need to pick up a couple more attachments so I can use the handle on my 4x5. I got the strap from Deadcameras but he isn't responding to emails.

So I need to know what this type of attachment is so I can find a couple more.

Looks like an Aluminium webbing buckle to me.
