Canon 10-22 with Hitech filters

Can slot Grads (HiTech) be used with the lens, without any issues. If so, is a Cokin P holder ok, or is a wider holder required. Have read somewhere that even non slim filters (Hoya) can give problems. Is there slot holders available that will do the job.

The Hitech filters are fine with a Sigma 10-20 using the wide holder so I guess the Canon 10-22 would be fine too. That's just a guess though as I haven't actually tried the Canon!

Ive used cokin p filters with my 10-22, just used a wide angle holder rather than the normal one, i didnt have any problems.

I use Hitech grads with a wide angle holder on my 10-22 no probs at all

I do see a bit of extra vignetting at the extreme wide end with the wide angle holder but nothing serious.

hi tech grads with lee wide angle holder on a 10-22mm...

I don't really see any vignetting with up to 2 filters. But if I put up a cpl or a third filter, I begin to see vignetting after 12-14mm..
