Canon 1DmkII user manual

Can anyone tell me where i can get a download of this?
I just went to the Canon USA site, and downloaded a PDF but it keeps asking me for a password when i open it.
I dont have PDF viewer here, so it trys to open in Photoshop Elements and as stated, keeps asking for a password.

Any help? I have tried googling it but with no luck
