A little while ago I lost my job and sold the equipment I had to aid funds - since then I have found a new job and managed to purchase a Canon 20d and a 18-55 is lens. Thing is I used to have a 30d and a 50m + 18-55 and a 70-300mm. However funds now limited means it will be a while before I can afford to add lenses, so am I better to look for a bridge camera for now and sell the canon - bearing in mind I loved taking pictures of Motorsport and wildlife (birds) etc.
I also like photographing my daughter etc so main question is - do I or don't I ????? I have been looking at Fuji / Nikon / Canon / Samsung bridge cameras but would like something which also allows manual or av/tv like the Canon and also has a eye view rather than just screen view.
Main reason as said is to get the extra focal length rather than just 18-55.
Honest answers - am I being stupid
