Canon 430 MK1 and MK2 differences?

What are the differences and also, what are the MK1's worth used?

The Mk 2 has a better hotshoe connector, it twists and locks in place rather than the old fashioned screw down clamp of the Mk 1.

I think the Mk2 has a faster recycle time as well.

Apart from that they are basically the same, however, as the Mk2 can be had for about £10 more your as well going for that.
