Just purchased a 7D,having previously had a 30D and 50D,im having a nightmare with autofocus as anyone had the same problem or know the best way to get to grips with it please
 
Depending on what you shoot I tend to find switching to single point for static and the small 9 block for moving objects helps work wonders. Leaving it use all focus points leaves so much of the shot for the camera to choose a nightmare trying to do what I actually want to do.
 
It might help if you actually mentioned what problems you're having with it, just saying you're 'having a nightmare' is no good whatsoever. ;)
