Canon CL 8-120mm 15x macro lens, useful?

I have an old Canon lens, it has CL 8-120mm 1:1.4-2.1 on the side. And VL 15x AF macro.

Im wondering, is it possible to use this on the current canon camaras, for example the 400D?

I think it is a video camera lens but I heard somewhere about an SLR mount for them. Not sure if that would mean an SLR like the 400D or if it's a video camera term meaning something completely different. Google might come up with some more info.
