Have had no luck buying used from the forum so done a search on ebay. Can anyone tell me what BNIB means.

Seen one for sale on ebay by simplyelectronics_international, £487.95 new.

I would still hold out for a used one if I were you - they pop up quite frequently by the looks of it, and its one of those really great lenses that will make you want to upgrade to something even better (if you get me!) so if you buy used and look after it you won't lose any money in the upgrade progress.

Thanks for the link, very useful for future buys.

I would be very happy with a good used lens but always seem to come second in the race to buy, have to be faster on the button in future :lol:

I have noticed that delivery is estimated within 11-12 working days so not UK. Think I'll leave this one alone.
 
I would recommend spending a few quid more an buying from warehouse express. Delivery is free and you know it is a UK model from a reputable seller.
 
Try using the search on TP - Not Good - if you must use them, then use a CC so when the deal falls apart you can do a charge back - just like i had to
 
Amazon is £499 with free delivery. I've been using them for years - both Amazon and some of their third party sellers - and never had a bad experience. Returns seem to be very straightforward too, which can't always be said for private sales. You could also contact Ian Kerr (Kerso) and see what he can do?
