Hi guys,
I have a paper jam in my IX4000 that appears to be a torn bit of paper (perhaps even scrap that has fallen into it). It is under the white rollers, just prior to where it is actually printed but I cant find noway at all to open it up nor to clear it. The clearance is only 1-2mm so I cant get anything under to swipe at it.
Any ideas and help greatly received.
