Depending on the price difference between the 80D and the 90D you might find a good deal.
I own an 80D but if I was in your shoes I'd probably opt for the 90D.
I've not looked at the spec for the 90D but the the 80D was a certainly an improvement over the 70D.

I am waiting for a decent spec mirrorless crop from Canon, I sold my 7D some time ago but still have some good lenses.
Anyway, I got a bit fed up waiting so in the meantime thought I would go back to a DSLR so had a 90D from Canon on their loan scheme. Have to say it's a very good camera in everything apart from AF speed so in the end I bought a 7D MKII. Really depends what you want from the camera.
