Canvas not stretched enough

Lol calm down people.

I didnt mention any names in the initial post either, as I didn't wish to tarnish their good name by people jumping to conclusions about the canvas being faulty.

It's Oxford Imaging, Richard Shephard. I emailed immediately once I received the canvas, and within about an hour Richard called. I must say...best customer service I have ever received.

Canvas is being reprinted for me this afternoon and re-sent tomorrow.

When you said 'good customer service' then I suspected it may be Oxford Imaging from previous posts that I have read about the quality of service and goods.
I will certainly use them when I need a canvas

I used them in January and had a small problem due to internet gremlins, when I contacted them to sort it out I was very impressed with the way it was delt with, and very happy with the quality of the final canvas when it arrived.
