Change of Lens

I said that I would never get rid of any lens that I bought. Somewhere down the line I'd regret it and have to replace it. There is a Nikon AF-S 12-24mm F4 G DX IF-ED Lens for sale locally, I'm thinking of trading in my Nikon 17-55mm and or Nikon 10.5mm I bought off here a while ago. Love the fisheye but the 12-24 would give me a bit more scope for wide shots.
Thoughts please.

I can't speak for the 17-55 or the 10.5mm, but I own the 12-24mm and absolutely loved using it with my old D200. I practically used nothing else for years until I upgraded to full-frame. So if you have a crop factor camera body it a very good lens.
