Cheapo Canon Mark 3 battery

After reading some threads on here about dodgy mark 3 batteries on ebay I bought one from 7day shop.com thinking that it would be ok.

Got it in the post, charged it, put in the body... nothing. Put in back in the charger and it wouldn't even try and charge.

Has anyone had this before... or have I just got a duff 'un?

I may have just been stupid buy sumthing for 12 quid when the real thing is over a ton, but hey, thought I'd give it a go.

I've had it happen before from 7DayShop - charged, put it in the camera, lasted 30 minutes and dead. Emailed them and they sent me a battery out next without requesting the original back.

I suppose you can always get a bad one in a bunch, you've just been unlucky.
