couple of events if your around the chester area this thursday .
first if your into wildlife is a very high spring tide on the river dee estuary ,parkgate being a good destination as the rspb will have a stand up ,if the tide peaks and it reaches the sea wall ,the raptors will be waiting for all the flushed mammals ,a spectacle to behold and photograph .high tide is is 12.24 pm at park gate and is estimated at 9.9mtrs or 32.5 feet .
following on from that is the chester parade of giants and creatures through the city centre ,it kicks off at 7.pm and parades though the city centre around the cross area for about a hour ,lots of bands and drums in the parade and lots of stalls selling stuff around the town hall .i was very impressed with it last year and makes for good pics and videos
