Hi all
I joined this forum originally about 4 years ago .. and promptly forgot about it!
Time to make amends.
These are two of a series I recently did with some very old Chinese porcelain figures. The two here happen to be from the British Museum (although some others in the series are from elsewhere). They are 400+ years old and more or less life-size. The backgrounds are from Lake Garda.
The first I call Chinese Monk (I know it is a Buddha, but I have another one of a more recognisable Buddha, so I called this 'monk' to differentiate)
The second I call Chinese Emperor
Hope you enjoy!
Cheers
Mike
