Excellent capture Elvis :clap::clap:

amazing detail on the feathers and the glint in the eye

Thats an extremely nice shot, but i have never heard of that bird before, its a new one to me!.

Best regards Paul

BG a bit noisy, but still an excellent shot with good detail.

Good detail in this Dipper Elvis.(y) Agree with Les about the B/G noise, but that could be down to the conditions, and I would also prefer to see a bit more room above the bird if possible.

Many thanks for all your great comments, no i didnt quite get me feet wet as i managed to hide behind a wall, slightly noisey i know but then the light was pretty dull so shot at 800iso

This is a very nice shot, and the background is easy enough to clean up.
I have only ever got moderately close to dippers when the light is bad. They seem more likely to spot you when its sunny.

Lovely sharp shot of the bird, agree B/G a little noisy but what the heck

Looking good John you have been improving all the time..

You have done well mate (y) Got some great detail in this shot :clap:

Many thanks for all your comments think this is the most i have ever had so i suppose it must be a descent dipper shot!

Fantastic shot: colour and sharpness are just great and add a great composition = wow!
