Circular polariser please :)

So i'm looking for a circular polariser for my 24-70f2.8, and i'm finding it hard to find one at a decent price.

Mainly due to i'm looking for an 82mm thread size, and they're not cheap at all.

I have however, got a p type cokin filter kit, so are the ones that mount in the filter holder any good?

So can anyone recommend me a CP please, either 82mm thread, or drop in for the filter kit please, and for budget, £30 max really, can't really afford much atm. But if it's worth spending more, then it's something that i may have to bite down and spend on it.

Have a look on T4 Cameras used section, they have a 82mm cp and a couple of 82mm Hoya Pro 1 Uv's. The cp is a Sigma one its hardly used as it my old one I chopped in, only used it twice and paid £120 or it originally.
